A 20-year restaurant veteran from San Antonio, Texas made his way to Big Sky Country. His love for Mexican and Southwestern foods allowed him to create a menu and a concept that was unlike anything Montana had ever experienced. Rio Sabina's is NOT your typical, standard Mexican fare...nor did we want to be. We wanted to bring something big and bold to Montana. The food is a fun and creative twist on traditional Hispanic culture favorites, made from incredibly fresh ingredients and crafted to let the flavors shine. A hot bed of culinary flavors.
