Admission is free. The 2024 Torchlighter is Katie Hoff. Hoff is an eight-time World Champion, three-time World Record Holder, two-time Olympian, and three-time Olympic Medalist in Swimming is still the current American Record Holder in 400 IM. Get into the spirit of this year’s Paris games cheering on athletes right here in Billings.
