Various venues across the city offer great competition, but the weekend kicks off with the annual Opening Ceremonies that are hosted at Wendy’s Field at Daylis Stadium on 7/19 at 7:00 pm. Admission is free. The 2024 Torchlighter is Katie Hoff. Hoff is an eight-time World Champion, three-time World Record Holder, two-time Olympian, and three-time Olympic Medalist in Swimming is still the current American Record Holder in 400 IM. Get into the spirit of this year’s Paris games cheering on athletes right here in Billings. The Big Sky State Games is an Olympic-style amateur sports festival for Montanans of all ages and abilities.
