@Hooligan's Sports Bar Join Hooligan's and Global Village for food, drink, and Monday Night Football - - and a chance to do good. A downtown Billings retail store, Global Village sells world crafts and Montana-made goods that are good for people and the environment. Hooligan's will donate 20% of food and drink proceeds from 5 pm to closing to the store, and you can also participate in 50/50 and a merchandise raffle.
