Montana Constitution Roadshow

The Constitution Roadshow is coming to Billings! Mark your calendars for Tuesday, April 29th at 5:30pm.
Our Montana constitution is what defines and protects our rights as citizens. Montanans will be asked on the 2030 ballot if we want to call a Constitutional Convention to modify or replace it. This roadshow aims to inform citizens about our current constitution and help them prepare to answer that question in 2030.
Led by Rylee Sommers-Flanagan, Founder and Executive Director of Upper Seven Law, these presentations will:
- Uncover unique features of the Montana Constitution, including the right to know, and the right to hold government accountable
- Explore its historical context and lasting importance in protecting the rights of all Montanans
- Highlight the interplay between our state’s three branches of government through stories, insights, and an engaging visual presentation
